Ryan Andrew Gunier

Ryan Andrew Gunier, age 24, of Columbia, MO passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015 in Columbia. He was born on June 27, 1990, the son of Lisa (Caruthers) Collum and Terry Gunier. Ryan graduated from Hallsville High School in 2008. He had been working for Mills Property in Columbia for the past two years as a maintenance tech. Ryan had a way of touching every life he crossed paths with. If you met him you instantly liked him. He knew no strangers. He accepted people without judgment. He was a committed and loyal friend and coworker. He was loved very much by his family and friends and will be missed so much. Survivors include his mother and step father, Lisa and Mark Collum; his father, Terry Gunier; maternal grandmother, Eula Caruthers; step sister, Jenny Laubert; step brothers, Maciah Collum and Myles Collum and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, W.A. Caruthers; paternal grandparents, Wilbur and Louise Gunier and one step brother, Chris Gunier. Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM, Friday, January 30, 2015 at the funeral home.
