Michelle Pittman, age 66 passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025 in Jackson, MS. She was a longtime resident of Foxworth, MS and worked as an administrative assistant with various businesses including MCS of Columbia. Michelle was a woman of great faith and a member of Crossroads Church of God where she faithfully served. She loved Southern Gospel Music and would often minister through singing at church services. As a prayer warrior, the anointing would always shine through her love, kindness, and God-fearing nature. Michelle had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed bringing smiles and laughter to everyone. She was a giver at heart, loved her family immensely, and was thought to be the greatest wife and mother anyone could have.
Mrs. Pittman was preceded in death by her father, Louis Aleman, her mother, Geraldine Ford Bourgeois; and brother, Louis "Butch" Aleman, II.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Pittman of Foxworth; daughters, Ashley Neese of Columbia; Brittany Morgan of Baton Rouge, LA, and Brandy Stringer (Andy) of Foxworth; her son, Nicholas Neese (DeeDee) of Columbia; and four grandchildren, Kathan Neese, Zack Jones, Zoey Morgan, and Bentley Morgan.
Family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Crossroads Church of God in Foxworth. Funeral services will be conducted at the church on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM with visitation at 1:00 pm. Reverend Nicholas Neese, Reverend Dr. Daniel Smith, and Reverend Gary Wayne Smith will officiate and burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery assisted by Kathan Neese, Zack Jones, Danny Ryals, Russell Vaughn, Ryan Stringer, Randy Herring, Ty Stringer, and Lloyd Herring serving as pallbearers.
