Randy Amundson

Randy Amundson, age 53, of Tylertown, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024. He was a painter by trade and a member of Victory Congregational Methodist Church. Randy enjoyed various activities in life including kayaking and spending time with family.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Amundson; his mother, Joan Dearborn Frazier; sister, Bonnie Hammond; and brother, Duane Amundson. Randy is survived by his wife, Jennifer Amundson; daughters, Audrey Amundson, and Courtney Conerly; sons, John Chris McKenzie, and Randy Amundson, II; sisters, Roberta Stogner (Darrell), Cindy Romero (Kevin), Jane Statham (Willie), Dana Nason, and Karrie Amundson; brothers, Brad Evans, Jeff Amundson (Susan), and Kenny Amundson (Kate); and six grandchildren, Keyton Amundson, Bryden Coyne, Titan Carroll, Madelynn Conerly, Elizabeth McKenzie and John McKenzie.

A visitation for Randy will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Victory Congregational Methodist Church in Foxworth, Mississippi. A funeral service, officiated by Reverend Max Campbell, will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 3:30 PM at Victory Congregational Methodist Church with burial following at Victory Cemetery assisted by Christopher Sanford, John Chris McKenzie, Darrell Stogner, Duane Bates, Dakota Johnson, Kevin Romero serving as pallbearers and honorary pallbearer, Samuel Stogner.
