COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Abraham “John” Garalde Faller, Jr., 78, who passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Faller was born February 21, 1942 in the Philippines to the late Abraham DelPilar Faller and Josephina Garalde Faller. He was a master craftsman, avid woodworker, a lifetime sportsman and outdoorsman. John retired with over 30 years of service as a cabinet maker for Richland Memorial Hospital.
Those left to cherish his memory include his former wife, Nancy G. Faller; a daughter, Melodi Brooks (Joey); two granddaughters, Hannah Brooks and Lylah Brooks; a sister, Nenita Miller (Harvey); brothers, Amber Faller (Febe), Teddy Faller (Monica) and Robert Faller (Liza); and multiple nieces and nephews.
