Dovia A Shealy

COLUMBIA – Funeral services for Dovia Azalee Westbrook Shealy, 82, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Union United Methodist Church, 7582 Woodrow Street, Irmo, SC 29063 with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel. Memorials may be made to Pawmetto Lifeline, P.O. Mrs. Shealy was born April 28, 1930 in Inman, SC and passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2013. She was a daughter of the late Howard Westbrook and Lula Smith Westbrook. Mrs. Shealy was a member of Union United Methodist Church. Mrs. Shealy was a 1944 graduate of Inman High School and a 1952 graduate of Baptist Hospital. She retired from Providence Hospital after 23 years.

Mrs. Shealy is survived by her daughter, Trudy Shealy; sons, Mark and Jeff Shealy; grandchildren, Courtney, Nikki, Garrett and Jackson; great-granddaughter, Azzali and sister, Jane Mills. She was predeceased by her father and mother; step mother, Bernadine Westbrook and husband, Clay Shealy.
