Muriel L. Yeadon Davis

Mrs. Davis, widow of Chester L. Davis, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011 in Columbia, SC where she resided since 2003. Born in Stone Lake Township, WI, she was a daughter of the late Charles Enoch Yeadon and Lulu Viola Peterson Yeadon of Janesville, WI. Mrs. Davis finished high school in Janesville and was a graduate of Miami University at Oxford, Ohio. She was a resident of Oxford, Ohio from 1955 until 1966 and in Columbus, Ohio from 1966 until 2003.

Survivors include her son, Larry (Joann) Davies of Sauk Village, IL; step grandchildren, Karen Sherwood, Elizabeth Pendergraft, Deborah Etienne, Rachel Etienne, Denise Etienne, James Krask, Allison Krask; her son-in-law, Greg Rice of Columbia, SC and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband of 60 years, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Sue Rice; brother, Laverne Oliver Yeadon and Charles Enoch Yeadon; and a step grandson, Daniel Krask.
