A memorial service for Patricia White Lucas, 85, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2025 at New Kirk Presbyterian Church, with burial in Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, is assisting the family.
Mrs. Lucas died on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Born in Lakeland, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Joseph White and Grace Murwin White. She was a retired administrative assistant for the Kershaw County Government. Mrs. Lucas was a crafty person who enjoyed spending her time doing crafts. A chaplain of Middleburg American Legion Post 250 Auxiliary, she was also a member of Middleburg United Methodist Church in Florida.
Surviving are her children, Angie DeBeaugrine (Joe), Tony Lucas (Helena), Tommy Lucas (Tina), and Tami Kalick (Howard); 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert Howard Lucas II.
