Funeral Services for Mrs. Sabra H. Kittrell , 97, of Columbia, SC will be held 12noon on Friday, October 8, 2004 at Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Peterson, officiating and interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 10am-12noon on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Ravenwood Baptist Church, 3545 Raven Hill Road, Columbia, SC 29204 or Portsbridge Hospice , 109 West Hospital Drive, West Columbia, SC 29169. Greenlawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kittrell died Wednesday, October 6,2004. Born in Bamberg, SC she was the daughter of the late James Edward Zeigler and Martha Elizabeth Murray Zeigler. Mrs. Kittrell has been a resident of Columbia since 1953, a foster grandparent Richland County Volunteer for 30 years, and a member of Ravenwood Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by a son, Sonny Headden and a daughter, Elizabeth Scott.

Surviving are her daughters, Ruth Hurt of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Lois Maples and her husband Franklin of Lugoff, SC, and Audrey Taylor and her husband Don E. of Columbia, SC; a son-in- law, Dewey D. Scott of Stone Mountain, GA; one sister, Fannie Mae Gandy of Camden, SC; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 15 great, great grandchildren
