Born in Franklin, Va., he was the son of Joan Letlow Arnold and the late Roy Arthur Arnold. He graduated from the University of South Florida and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Stuart enjoyed a career in project management.
Surviving are his mother, Joan Arnold; sister, Vivian Case; niece, Caitlin Case. He was predeceased by his father, Roy Arnold.
