COLUMBIA – Timothy Cornelius Belton, 40, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Northstar Christian Center with burial following at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. Timothy was a loving and devoted father and son. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and liked to fish. He was a graduate of Camden High School and worked at Jardan Applied Materials. Timothy was a member of Northstar Christian Center. He is survived by his beloved son, Timothy C. Belton, Jr. of Hopkins; mother, Mary M. Belton of Columbia and nephew, Garren Fain of Tucker, Ga. and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Roosevelt Belton and brother, Jason G. Marcellino.
