Abigail E. Miller

Abigail Elizabeth Miller, age 59, passed away at Columbus Hospice House on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Graveside services will be held in Parkhill Cemetery on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 3:00 PM, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:30 - 2:30 PM.

Abigail was born on January 11, 1953 to the late Benjamin Bartow Miller, Jr. and Frances Bruce Miller in Columbus. She was a 1971 graduate of Columbus High School as well as a graduate of the University of Georgia. Abigail found the loves of her life, her daughters, Darby, in China and Remi, in Vietnam whom she loved with all of her heart and soul. She was known by all as a very loving and caring person and will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her two daughters, Darby Grace Miller and Remi Elizabeth Miller; her mother, Frances Miller of Columbus; two sisters, Margaret M. Stewart (Robert) of Cullowhee, NC and Nancy M. Robbins (Michael) of Upatoi; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Stewart, James Stewart, Joseph Stewart (Angie), J.K. Robbins (Keisha) and Lee Robbins.
