Alma McCutchen March 31, 1915 - April 9, 2010 MIDLAND, GA — Alma McCutchen, age 95, resident of Midland, GA died on Friday, April 9, 2010 at her residence. Cryptside services are scheduled at the Chapel of the Pines Mausoleum, Parkhill Cemetery on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, 11 a.m. with Reverend (Dr.) Mike Stevens and Reverend (Dr.) LeAnne Simmons officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, April 12, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. Mrs. McCutchen, daughter of the late Harvey Page and Eloise Ryan Page, was born March 31, 1915 in Mobile, AL. She was a homemaker, member of the Eastern Star, and a member of All Saints Presbyterian Church. Mrs. McCutchen traveled as a child and teenager as a member of the Page Kiddies Band. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter B. McCutchen; a son, W. Bernard McCutchen; two sisters, and three brothers. Mrs. McCutchen is survived by two sons, Warren A. McCutchen and his wife, Maria of Upatoi, GA and Wayne A. McCutchen and his wife, Martina of Matamoras, PA; daughter-in-law, Jeanette McCutchen of Shiloh, GA; a special niece, Carole Phifer of Midland, GA; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; other relatives and friends.
