Billy M. Perryman

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday December 16, 2011 in the Chapel of Pines at Parkhill Cemetery according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907. Pastor John Homer will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Parkhill Cemetery.

Billy was born April 3, 1936 in Donaldsonville, GA son of the late John J. Perryman and Eva Baxter Perryman and also preceded him in death by his two sisters, Ann and Nina Joe. Mr. Perryman retired from Royal Crown Cola in Columbus, GA in 1999 after 33 years of dedicated service. He loved playing golf, doing yard work and landscaping.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Perryman, his two sons, Billy M. Perryman, Jr. and James K. Perryman, his step-son, Thomas Keith Slay, his grandchildren, Jeffre, Brandi, Matthew and Malori, one great grandson, Jasper.

A special thanks to the staff of Hospice Advantage of Opelika, AL. Billy is dearly loved and is missed already.
