Bobbie M. Hiller

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday September 24, 2010 in the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907. A private burial for the family will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. Reverend Scott Hagan and Tommy Mayton will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hiller was born October 26, 1927 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, daughter of the late Robert E. Moore and Burniece Lollar Moore. She was a retired legal secretary for Theo J. McGee and Max McGlamry attorneys. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church and had lived in Columbus for 65 years and was the widow of James D. Hiller.

Survivors include her children, Mary Catherine Hiller of Atlanta, Georgia, Nancy V. Hiller of Macon, Georgia and George E. Hiller of Marietta, Georgia, her sisters, Margaret Youngs, Carolyn Davis, Lucile Lambert all of Columbus, Georgia and Mary Cunard of Lithonia, Georgia, many nieces, nephews and friends.
