Debra Powers

Debra was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia and was the youngest out of 14 siblings. She spent her time working in the mill from the age of 18 up until she retired at 65 years old. A follower of Christ, she was a member of Central Baptist Church where she would take her kids every Sunday. She loved to crochet, spend time shopping, but most importantly loved her kids and grandkids.

She is survived by her kids, Paula Rigby and Pamela Rios; her grandchildren, Jasmine Rios, Cylayla Rigby, Debra Rigby, Allie Rigby, and Jacob Spurlock; and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her 13 brother and sisters.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Riverdale Cemetery, 1000 Victory Dr, Columbus, GA 31901.
