Doris Ann Bullard

Doris Ann Conley Bullard, age 70, resident of Columbus, died on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at her residence in Silverhill, Alabama. Funeral services are scheduled at Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus on Saturday, January 24, 2015, 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 6-8 p.m.

Mrs. Bullard, daughter of the late Edgar Rex Conley and Lillian Fayetta Fluharty Long, was born July 20, 1944 in Pine Grove, West Virginia. She was employed by Convalescent Care and was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by a step-father, Frances Lee Long; and a brother, Jackie G. Conley. She is survived by three sons, James E. Bullard and his wife Barbie of Silverhill, Alabama, Kenneth R. Bullard and his wife Dana of Loxley, Alabama, and Robert L. Bullard and his wife Loretta of Gulf Shores, Alabama; two sisters, Debra L. Howard of Spotsylvania, Virginia and Christina F. Sherbutt of Columbus; four brothers, James R. Long and his wife Linda of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Arthur B. Conley and his wife Dixie of Genesee, Pennsylvania, Charles R. Conley of Silver Springs, North Carolina, and William L. Conley of Columbus; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces; nephews; and other relatives.
