Dylan Rose Dorchak

Dylan Rose Dorchak, 6 months, passed away November 22, 2015. She was born May 21, 2015 to Dr. John Dorchak and Angie Ramos Dorchak of Midland, GA. Dylan was so special not only to her parents, but to everyone she came in contact with. She truly could light up a room and her smile was so infectious. In her short time here on earth she brought her parents more joy and love that could ever be imagined and will last a lifetime. Her memory will forever be in their hearts.

Funeral services will be Friday November 27, 2015 at 11 am at St Anne Catholic Church, 2000 Kay Circle Columbus, GA with Father McCarthy and Father Patterson officiating, followed by a private interment.

Dylan is preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents Steven and Eleanor Dorchak, and Aunt Carol Dorchak Edge. Along with her Parents, she is survived by her Twin Sister Scarlett Rain Dorchak; Half- Sister Claire Dorchak( Mark) Murray; Maternal Grandparents Efrain and Angelina Ramos; her Uncle, Godfather, Efrain ( Wendy)Ramos; Uncles James (Barbara) Dorchak, Robert (Pamela) Dorchak; Aunt Susan Dorchak (Russell) Helderman; along with Cousins and many other family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dylan Rose Dorchak may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
