Graveside services will be 12 noon, Friday, April 1, 2011 at the Main Post Cemetery Ft. Benning, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus. Visitation for Mr. Sanchez will be from 6-8 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the funeral home.
Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by wife Natividad Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez was Catholic by faith, he served his country in the United States Army during World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War. Mr. Sanchez was a member of the Scottish rite Mason. Survivors include his daughter, Arlyn Sanchez, a sister, Lupe Sanchez, two grandchildren, Miracle and Matthew Sanchez several nieces and nephews and his Chihuahua "Chico".
