Fred Young Bell

A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, June 04, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Mill Room of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus, Georgia. His family will visit with friends one hour before the service beginning at 2:00 pm. He will be laid to rest in Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, Georgia.

Fred Young Bell born on February 12, 1948 in Brundidge, Alabama to the late Joyce Flowers Bell and John Earl Bell. He grew up in south Alabama and but spent most of his life in Columbus, Georgia where he was a self-employed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. He was married to Joan Masciovecchio Bell, and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Fred Young Bell will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife Joan M. Bell of Columbus, Georgia; daughter, Andrea Howard of Atlanta, Georgia; son David Bell; stepchildren: Michael Patrick of Columbus, Georgia, Timmy Patrick of Columbus, Georgia, and Lisa Pancham`e of Columbus, Georgia; sisters: Bonnie Bell of Phenix City, Alabama and Elizabeth Gierczak of Phenix City, Alabama; brother, William Bell and his wife Rhonda of Montgomery, Alabama; numerous other extended family, relatives and friends.
