Grant Robert Harrington, age 70, resident of Midland, Georgia, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017 at Midtown Medical Center, Columbus, Georgia. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017, 3 p.m. at New Vision Church, 8132 GA Hwy 85, Waverly Hall, Georgia.
Mr. Harrington, son of Jo Ann Harrington and the late Robert Frank Harrington, was born September 12, 1947 in DeWitt, Iowa. He was a veteran of the USN and was retired from Texas Instruments where he faithfully worked for over 25 years. Mr. Harrington enjoyed time with his family and had a strong passion for classic cars and computers.
He is survived by his wife, Becky Harrington of Midland, Georgia; his mother, Jo Ann Harrington of Denver, Colorado; three daughters, Lori (John) Thompson of Midlothian, Texas, Kelly (Thomas) Drew of Ellerslie, Georgia, and Gina (Robert) Caudle of Leander, Texas; one son, Adam (Sarah) Harrington of Leander, Texas; two sisters, Jana Harrington of Denver, Colorado and Jill (Jim) Davis of Hutto, Texas; ten grandchildren, Ryan, Shelby, Hunter, Caleb, Kendall, Sydney, Zion, Jacob, Joshua, and Presley.
