Gwyn Maddox, 65, passed away on August 21, 2013. A celebration of life obsequy will be held at 5:00 PM, August 24, 2013, at the home of Vicki and Jack Daniels, 5092 Grandtree Way, Midland, GA. She will embark on the next part of her life as her physical remains are remanded to the sea in a private ceremony.
Gwyn was born on May 20, 1948, to the late Walter Gordon Jones and Anita Whitaker Jones in Phenix City, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Lee Maddox.
Survivors include her sister, Elaine Perkins of Midland, GA; two brothers, Dale Jones of Box Springs, GA and Steve Jones and his wife, Sharon of Midland, GA; two nephews, Cory Jones and his wife, Rachel and Trey Reese and his wife, Stephanie; and a niece Heather Thompson.
