Columbus , GA- Harry E. Lees, Jr., 79, of Columbus passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014.
Funeral services for Mr. Lees will be held at 11:00 AM, on Thursday, November 6, 20104 in Edgewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery.
Visitation for Mr. Lees will be from 5-7 PM, on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the funeral home.
Mr. Lees was born on February 12, 1935 in Camden, New Jersey to the late Harry Eldridge Lees and Mabel Delores Austin Lees. Mr. Lees worked at Vulcan Material Company for 43 years retiring in 2000.
Survivors include his wife: Patricia (Tefft) Lees, brother: Linwood Lees, daughter: Teresa Birch, son: Gary Lees, grandchildren: Brian Birch, Eric Birch, Michele Rice, Christie Rudd, Meagan Brock, Patricia Lees, Mary Lees, and 6 great grandchildren.
