

Isabel was born September 17, 1923, to Tom and Mabel Andrews in Columbus, Georgia. She graduated from Columbus High School and Shorter College. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mabel Andrews and Augusta Burrus and husbands Francis Singer and Joe Will Triplitt.
She spent almost 50 years with Joe on Hilltop Farm in Bleeker, Alabama raising cows and being challenged to learn and do new things. Isabel was a life long southern Baptist and devoted to missions. She worked hard for the Women’s Missionary Union (WMU). Over the course of many years, she visited every Baptist Church in Alabama and served as AL State WMU President for 4 years.
She is survived by her sister, Katharine Triplitt; daughters, Bitsy Singer and Gail Triplitt Newman; granddaughters, Amee Penso (David), Andrea Seebold (Scott), Amanda Farren (Joe), Sally Newman and Alice Ann Newman; great grandchildren, Madeline Seebold, Isabel Seebold, Zack Farren and Zoe Farren.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Porter Chapel First Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia.
