Funeral services will be 3:00 pm, Monday, March 7, 2011 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus, with Reverend David Howle officiating. Visitation for Mr. Cone will be from 5-6 pm, Sunday, March 6, 2011 at the funeral home.
Mr. Cone is preceded in death by his father, Freddie Cone. Survivors include his wife Cindy Cone, daughter, Christy Roper, son, Jonathan Cone, mother, Gussie Cone, seven grandchildren, Hannah Roper, Emmie Roper, Tillman Roper, Lawson Roper, Job Roper, Sawyer Roper and Charlie Roper.
