John K. Weeks, Jr. age 75 of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 10:00 am at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA 31907; Reverend Taylor Burton-Edwards will be officiating with a musical selection by Gini Davidson.

Mr. Weeks was born in on April 12, 1946 in San Francisco, California; the son of the late John K. Weeks, Sr. and Aileen M. Weeks. Mr. Weeks’ mother passed away when he was young. After some time, his father then married Vivian Weeks.
In addition to his parents and stepmother he is preceded in death by: his son, John K. Weeks III and his wife, Lynne Teal Weeks.
Survivors include his son, Michael Weeks; a sister, Barbara Welch; and numerous friends and friends of the family that will cherish his memory.
