In the early morning hours of Friday, April 8, 2022, Jesus rescued Kathi from her suffering. A celebration of Kathi’s's life will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Road, Columbus, Georgia 31907.
Kathi was born on September 18, 1954 in New York; the daughter of Daniel and Rosa Boyd. She moved to Georgia and graduated from Kendrick High School. Kathi married David Moon in Columbus. Kathi was a faithful member of Solid Rock Assembly of God and did her best to live a Christ-like life. She was kind to everyone, she was patient, accepting of others and she was not judgmental of anyone. She loved church, her church family, her friends, and her family. Her daughter and grandson were her world.
Kathi is preceded in death by: her husband, David; and her parents, Daniel and Rosa Boyd.
Survivors include: her daughter, Stephanie Moon; grandson, Jordon Williams; brother, Edward (Sharon) Boyd; sister, Monika Crain; and her dear friends who will cherish her memory.
