Kenneth Jacobs Sr.

Kenneth was born in Mobile, Alabama on March 23, 1951 to the late Mattie Lee Manley Jacobs and John Thomas Jacobs. He was one of the best drywall guys in the area. Kenneth was known for his work and it showed in his craftsmanship. He also loved to tinker with cars. He was a well known shade tree mechanic. Kenneth was always working if not on a job, it was at home. He was all business all the time. Kenneth was a loving father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children: Heather Barcus, Kenneth (Lisa) Jacobs, Jr., and Jonathan JD (Taylor Carters) Jacobs; his grandchildren: Christopher Barcus, Cody Barcus, Charles Barcus, Michelle Barcus, Ashley Jacobs, Erica Jacobs, Kennedy Jacobs, Ethan Pressley, and Emma Pressley; his three brothers: Wayne Jacobs, Ricky Jacobs, and Johnny Ray Jacobs; nine great grandchildren; and numerous other family members. Kenneth was preceded in death by other than his parents, Mattie and John; his sister Betty Jane Mitchell.
