Robbie was called home on Saturday, May 8, 2021. He was born on October 27, 1991 in Columbus, Georgia to Denise and Larry Foster. Although he was an only child he never had only child syndrome, he was part of the rat pack of cousins that ruled Fay Drive in the evenings and on the weekends at Grandmaw and Granddad’s house. Now he is in the Lord’s house surrounded by those grandparents that loved him so dearly. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
He was born with energy to spare and a smile on his face. When he loved, he loved forever and this man had the sweetest heart. He had his good looks and beautiful eyes from his dad and that quirky thing from his mother, sensitive and hard headed at the same time. Robbie shared his granddad’s sense of humor and some of his favorite pranks.
Robbie was a former Clubview Bulldog, Richards Warrior and Hardaway Hawk. He was a beast on the baseball fields from Peach Little League through high school, those were some of the best days. He developed many lifelong friendships through these years, each of his friends were special to him and he had their back.
Robbie was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Shirley Tidwell and Barbara Foster, his maternal grandfather, Harold Tidwell, his aunt Kristi Chriss Tidwell and his cousin Brandy Tidd. He is survived by his heartbroken parents, Denise and Larry Foster, his paternal grandfather David Foster, aunts Donna Head (Randy), Janet Jamieson (Eddy), Kellie Murphy (Craig), Veronica Peoples (Jason) and aunt in love, Nancy Fisk, uncles Gary Tidwell, Jeff Tidwell (Ashley) and Denny Tidwell. Robbie is also survived by cousins Bryan, Brennan, Shay (Edward), Logan (Lexie), Katie (Jordan), Candace, Patrick, Trey, Lauryn, Katelyn, Nathan and many extended family members including Jason, Berkley and Tyndall.
Robbie was working, planning a future and looking forward. Now he will be working for the Lord and looking after his mama and daddy from Heaven. His love for his parents was immense and always so close to his heart and soul. As he resides with our Angels, he is whole, healed, stronger than he has ever been and sending that love and strength to his loved ones left behind. We love you Robbie and will miss you dearly until we see you again.
