Pamela Warde Price

Phenix City, AL- Pamela "Pam" Warde Price, 68, of Phenix City, AL, died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital.

Pam was born September 20, 1946 in Harrisburg, PA, daughter of the late James Elmer and Mary Elizabeth Warde Wert. She worked many jobs throughout her life, had a long career as a cosmetologist and even owned her own shop for a few years. She eventually retired from Castle Fuels.

Pam loved to play music, especially the oldies. She played the guitar and keyboard, and was very good at it, she loved to sing. Pam loved life and never met a stranger. She loved her family and loved to see them smile.

Pam is survived by her loving husband, Billy Joe Price, her children, Jennifer Hall (Jerry), Jessica Knudsen (Georges), Ashley LaRue, Teddy Price (Mandy), Jonathan Price, and Chad Price, her grandchildren, Sebastian Hall, Morgan Price, Kelsey Price, Lauren Price, Lindsey Price, Abby Price, Ava Price, and Carsen Price, her sister, Andria Duncan (Gary), her brother, Jack Wert (Linda), nieces, Cassie Denney, Erica Mostek, Beth Thorn, nephew, Zach Wert, and numerous other family members and friends throughout the country.

A reception to share memories and to celebrate Pam's life will be held Friday evening, December 19, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, 31907.
