Patti is survived by her son Anthony Harrelson, daughter Sarah Harrelson, granddaughter Izzy and grandson Raylan. Pops Gary Goodwin, grandmother, Audrey Goodwin, brother John Rivera, sistas Debbie (Tom) Ramon, Jennifer (Joe) Nichols, stepson Ben and Edward Harrelson, Goddaughter Jessica Slater and Madalyn Nichols. Other family including; Uncle Walter, Aunt Lois, cousins Michelle, Allison and Anthony. Special friends that were like family; Candie Bufo and Donielle Loiselle. She had many nieces and nephews; Jessica (Chris), Nathan, Tommy, Kinsleigh, Kellan, Julia, Meagan, Olivia, Matt, Madalyn, Jacob. Great nieces and nephews Lorelei and Charlotte, Carigan, Blaiklee and Miles and many New York family members. She is predeceased in death by her Mother, Virginia "Ginnie" Goodwin, and Father Franklin A. Rivera, grandparents, Walter and Edna Behrman, Blanche and John Rivera and Ray Goodwin.
Patti was a graduate of Pacelli High School and Mercer University where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. Patti was a loving mother, Nana, sista and daughter. She always had a smile on her face and love in her heart and she loved fiercely! She was generous, even when she didn't have it, putting herself last. She was a defender of those she loved and to anyone who needed help; whether she knew them or not. Patti LOVED her children and grandchildren! She spoke to them daily on video chat, doing endless video tours for Izzy, just because Izzy asked her too. She loved Harry Potter, Gilmore Girls, Lost, Little House, Law & Order and dreamed of going to Hawaii on a Lost tour....and of getting her Hogwarts letter. Patti loved Winter, Christmas and reading. She was employed with Fountain, Arrington, Bass, Mercer and Lee PA. Patti was KIND and loving and forever our peacemaker. She will ALWAYS be missed and loved. Until we see you again, we will try to "Keep our chins up".
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023 in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA.
A celebration of Patti's life will be held at the Pee Dee Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery, 3725 US 378, Conway, SC 29527 on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the cemetery.
