Ralph was born on February 20, 1965 in North Carolina; he spent 20 years dedicating his service to the United States Army before his retirement.
Ralph is survived by his trusted friend, Marie Phillips Hardy; as well as his two sons, Joseph Woods and Spencer Keener.
Ralph will be laid to rest at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, 553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 12:30 PM EST.
