A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA, 31907 with Reverend David Helms officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening, February 20, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Williamson was born August 17, 1952 in Columbus, GA, son of the late James and Rose Williamson. He was the Service Supervisor for Watley Heating and Air, and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Survivors include his loving wife, Donna Williamson of Cataula, GA; one daughter, Michele Karcher and her husband, Michael of LaGrange, GA; two sisters, Devella Smith and her husband, Britt of Bonifay, FL, and Belinda Condra and her husband, Charles of Columbus, GA; three grandchildren, Lily, Hannah, and Ben Karcher.
