Shirley Mann

Shirley Ann Mann, 76, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022. A chapel service will be held in the Edgewood Hall Chapel of Striffler-Hamby at 10:00AM with visitation at 9:00AM. She will be laid to rest at Parkhill Cemetery following the service.

Shirley was born on October 29, 1945 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Buford and Estelle Sawyer. She married the love of her life on December 27, 1982 to Grady Joe Mann. Shirley enjoyed fishing, gardening, and family get-togethers. She was a loving mother, sister and friend.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Estelle Sawyer; and 4 siblings.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 39 years, Grady Mann; four children, Donna Medina, Kelley Smith, James McCoy and Sharon King; 6 grandchildren, Clynton and Grady Layfield, Chad and Elizabeth Smith, Christopher McCoy and Timothy King; and 10 great grandchildren.
