Mary Wynelle Turner Foster passed away peacefully on April 21, 2026. She was born on Feb 7, 1946 in Columbus, GA to Charles and Mary Turner. She was a graduate of Jordan High School and Georgia Baptist Nursing School.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Turner, along with her husband Marvin Foster.
She is survived by her daughter and two sons, Beth Foster Brown (Seth), Mark Foster (Jenni), Todd Foster (Joda); nine grandchildren, Sara Ashleigh Foster Smith (Garrett), Blake Foster, Olivia Foster, Caroline Foster, Ford Foster, Davis Foster, Ellie Foster, Mary-Paige Brown, and Wesley Brown; and her sister, Sarah Turner Faulkner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Luke Respite Ministry at P.O. Box 867 Columbus, GA 31902 or to another local charity.
