Born in Indianapolis on October 9, 1928, to parents William and Helen Blake, she moved to Columbus, Indiana with her husband, Nathan, and three children in 1963.
She will be sadly missed by her husband of 54 years, Nathan, children Debbie Brown (John) of Florida, Tim Young of Crawfordsville and Laura Gerig (Ron) of Indianapolis, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, sister, Judy Preston (John) of Arizona and nieces, nephews and extended family. She is predeceased by her younger brother and a grandson.
A passionate animal lover, she will be missed by her rescued Greyhound, Ruby.
