Bruce William Larson

Bruce William Larson, 62, owner and operator of Bruce’s Trenching, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana inpatient facility. Bruce was born March 7, 1962 in St. Paul, Minnesota to parents William John and Mary Jane Larson. He enjoyed playing cards, Gator UTV rides, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Additionally, he used to enjoy riding dirt bikes when he was younger. Bruce is survived by his wife, Susan Larson; his sister, Ellen Fitzsimmons; step-children, Monica Thayer and Trevor Thayer; his grandchildren, Devon Wilson, Daymon Hunter, and Raelynn Messer; nieces and nephews, Chris (Natasha) Fitzsimmons, Daniel (Tara) Humphreys, Nicole (Dane) Emenhiser; and great-nieces and nephews, Jackson and Carleigh Humphreys, Conner and Cody Fitzsimmons, and Lainey, Kreigh, Jake, and Callie Emenenhiser. He was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with Bruce’s wishes, cremation will take place and no public services are planned at this time.
