Mrs. Phillips was born in Franklin, IN. on February 01, 1921 the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Grace McNear Graham.
She married Arthur W. Phillips in Franklin, IN. on January 04, 1936 and he survives.
Surviving with her husband of seventy-seven years are two sons, Graham W. Phillips of Nineveh, IN. and Raymond D. (Marilyn) Phillips of San Diego, CA.; a daughter, Anita Louise (Richard) McDonald of Franklin, IN.; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.
In keeping with Mrs. Phillips’ wishes there are no services planned and cremation will be entrusted to The Columbus Crematory.
