Jake is survived by his wife, Anita “Susie” Jinks Ortlieb; sons, Scott (Carrie) Ortlieb of Seymour and Joe (Merri) Ortlieb of North Vernon; a stepson, Randy Warren of Columbus; a stepdaughter, Lisa (Jim) Josupait of Sugar Grove, Illinois; four grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
Calling will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street. Cremation is planned and a service will be held at a later date.
