

On June 27, 1962, she married Albert J. Westphal, with whom she shared over 60 years of love and devotion until his passing in 2015. Judy worked as a seamstress at the Clinton Garment Company for 15 years until it closed.
She enjoyed gardening, photography, bird watching, time at the cabin on the Mississippi River, and enjoyed decorating for the holidays.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Robert Tomman, Ronald Tomman and Harold Tomman; sisters-in-law, Eleanor Tomman, Arla Tomman, and Barb Tomman; and brothers-in-law, Robert Shepherd and Lee Winch.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl (Jim) Golinvaux of Columbus; grandchildren, Andrew (Olivia) Golinvaux and Abbey Golinvaux (Steven Imlay); great-grandchildren, Eleanora and Sylvia Golinvaux; sisters, Beverly Shepherd and Connie Winch; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved Bichon, Casper.
A service will be held at a later date in Clinton, IA.
