

Mr. Lancaster retired in 2001 after working 45 years at Golden Foundry. He was a member and former elder of Lakeview Church of Christ and had been a foster parent.
He enjoyed golf and softball.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lakeview Church of Christ with Evangelist Rich Gant officiating. Calling will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Down Syndrome.
Born in North Springs, Tenn., April 24, 1935, Mr. Lancaster was the son of Herman and Ader Trobaugh Lancaster. He married Betty Jo Wilson April 21, 1956, at Tompkinsville, Ky. She preceded him in death July 9, 2009.
Survivors include children, Debbie (Mike) Radcliff of Columbus, Jerry (Janet) Lancaster of Columbus, Sandra Dunning of Columbus and Greg Lancaster of Columbus; sisters, Rosie Hance of Freetown, Opal (Fred) Shatto and Arlene (Ken) Graham of Elizabethtown; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a grandson, two sisters and one brother.
