Priscilla L. Young, age 76, of Columbus, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Columbus Regional Health. Priscilla was born August 24, 1945 in Auburn, Indiana, the daughter of Everett and Dollie Deich Eastridge. She married Jack P. Young in Auburn on August 3, 1968, he preceded her in death September 15, 2012.
She retired from Columbus Regional Hospital after several years in the clerical department. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
Priscilla is survived by her daughters, Shalan K. (Brad) Baker of Royal Center, Indiana and Gretchen E. Thomas of Columbus; her grandchildren, Macee Baker, Jackson D. Baker of Royal Center, Jacob P. Thomas, Riley G. Thomas and Caleb A. Thomas of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Kevin and Richard Eastridge; sister, Rose Eastridge.
A visitation for Priscilla will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Myers~Reed Chapel on 25th Street. Funeral service Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 10:30 AM Myers~Reed Chapel with Pastor Nick Robertson officiating. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
