Addison Kay Meyer left this world way too early to be with our Heavenly Father on September 17th, 2015. Addison was born on June 7th, 2015. Her parents are Joe Meyer and Carly Kubat (Pataskala, Ohio). Addison is survived by two siblings, Gracie Kay (7) and Carter Paul (2), maternal grandparents Gary and Beverly Kubat (Gahanna, Ohio), paternal grandparents Tom and Chris Meyer (Rawson, Ohio), maternal great-grandfather Gilbert Apple (Oklandon, Indiana), paternal great-grandparents Joan and Al Basinger (Findlay, OH) and a large, loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Addison gave us a lifetime of love and happiness during her short time here on earth. Family will receive friends from 12-1 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, 43230 where service will follow at 1PM. Interment at Mifflin Cemetery, Gahanna, Ohio.
