Allen Blackwell Jr., age 83, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Jan. 22, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on June 5, 1941 to the late Allen and Anita (Penn) Blackwell. Allen joins his parents and aunt Iona Barington in death. He leaves behind his aunts Betty Houston and Nancy Page and numerous cousins and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you the staff and caregivers at Park West Courts for their wonderful care of Allen. Visitation will be held on Friday Jan. 31, 2025 from 11AM to 12PM at the Advantage by Schoedinger – Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204 where the funeral service will take place at 12PM. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio.
