Ann P. Fultz

Ann P. (Harper) Fultz went to meet her loved ones on Thursday, April 21, 2011. She was born to Lucille (Harper) Lonas and Paul B. Harper on August 26, 1933. Ann was born and raised in Madison County (Plumwood and Sedalia). She graduated from Midway High School Class of 1951. Ann retired from St. Anthony Hospital after 23 years of services. She is preceded in death by loving husband of 57 years, David E. Fultz; mother, Lucille Harper Lonas; father, Paul B. Harper; loved mother and father in-laws, Edna and Harold Fultz; sister, Catherine McDonald; brothers, Jimmie Lee and Paul Junior Harper. Ann is survived by loving children, David (Lisa) Fultz, Jr., Jerry (Karen) Fultz, Cheryl Ann Winks and Robert (Geri) Fultz; grandchildren, Daniel Winks, Kelli (Jason) Porter, Kristina Winks, Kristy (Pat) Bultema, John Fultz, Matthew Winks and Carmen Fultz; great grandchildren, Maggie and Alaska Adkins; brother Ruben “Sonny” and wife, Mary of Roseburg, OR; and special friends Phyllis and Fred Molter. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, 2011 from 5-8pm at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229; where funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 1pm.
