Ann T Mathews

Ann Mathews (Thomas), 77, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Born in Leesburg, Fla.,Dec. 9, 1935 to Florrie Banks Thomas and Clyde Thomas. Predeceased by parents and sister, Eloise, and brother, Charles, (Korean War), also sister-in-law Virginia Richardson. Ann's greatest joy was spending time with her family. Survived, by loving husband and faithful caregiver, Edward. Also by children, Paul (Blandy), Laura, Krista.Lynne (Neil), Ben, Noah, Isabel. Sarah (Thomas), Brandon, Natalie. Carol (Bill), Annie, Allie. Also, nieces, Susan (Lloyd)Parker and family, and Jane Richardson Thomas (Larry), and nephew John Edwin Richardson and family. She loved serving her Lord with her church family, especially Friendship Circle. Ann enjoyed reading, quilting, Bridge, and her loving children and grandchildren. Ann had many close friends and caring neighbors, for which we are most grateful. A celebration of life will be held at: Maize Manor United Methodist Church, 3901 Maize Rd., Cols. Oh, 43224, on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 5 PM., family may be greeted at 4 PM. The Rev. Gloria Brooks will conduct the service, assisted by The Rev. James Freshour.
