Anna S. Gease, 72, of Columbus, died Friday, June 29, 2012 at home. She was born June 24, 1940 in Maloneton, KY to the late Carmen and Ruby (Shephard) Roe. She was retired from Huntington Bank, a former member of Grace Brethren Church and a volunteer at Christian Assembly where she provided meals to seniors. While always fiercely independent, Anna was a loving mother with a great sense of humor and a love for good food and books. In earlier years she was an avid bowler. She is preceded in death by her daughter Susan and survived by her son Robert (Eleanor) and nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday from 11 AM until time of service at 12 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. Interment will follow in Kingwood Memorial Park.
