Bernard Henry Kuper

Bernard Henry Kuper, age 82, went to be with the love of his life, Margie, on Thursday, October 18, 2012. He was born June 22, 1930 in Neola, Iowa to the late Henry & Grayce (Borror) Kuper. He was a founding member of St. Agnes Parish and a proud U.S. Army-Air Force veteran. Bernie enjoyed traveling all over the world with his late wife and the Rains “fun bunch” group. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, of 58 years, Margaret Kuper; brother, Maury Freidman; sister, Helen Drugan; and son, Bernard Kuper. Bernie is survived by children, Nancy (Tom) Massman; Judy (Dave) Toy, David Kuper, Lisa (Mike) Chaney, and Peggy (Joe) Testa; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Grace Babbert; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 2364 W. Mound St., Columbus, OH 43204 with Fr. Richard Pendolphi, celebrant. Family will receive friends one hour prior to mass. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Contributions in Bernie’s memory may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 6150 E.
