Betty Rose Shepherd

Betty Rose shepherd called home as a heavenly treasure was a Christian prayer warrior. She was a loved and loving wife mother grandmother and great grandmother with musical talents among many. The cornerstone of our home Rare as precious stones. She is needed and missed beyond measure. She is the daughter of late Mr. Jack Hickman Sr. and late Leola Strickland Hickman. Preceded by siblings, Annie Ruth Lewis and Jack Hickman Jr. Awaiting to see her once more, survivors include loving husband, Dial Shepherd; only son, Darryl R. Shepherd; granddaughter, Kelley E. Bauman and her husband, Alexander Bauman; great grandchildren, Ryann Rose Bauman, Chase A. Bauman, Ellie E. Bauman, and Grace L. Bauman. As well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. As well as a loved dog, Bear she often called Honey Bear. Betty always cared deeply for people and did her best to help anyone she could. She always spoke about God's love and the redeeming blood of Jesus and how we should praise him in ALL things. We thank God for the gracious beautiful gift your servant Betty was. She will always be in our hearts and thoughts and we deeply cherish our time with her.
