Bev graduated from Oberlin College, where she met the love of her life, Richard T. Studer. They were happily married for 41 years before his passing in 1993.
She lived a full life, starting out post-college as a Kindergarten schoolteacher, and going on to devote her life to her family and her time to volunteering, gardening, travel, tennis, and bridge, among other things. Bev was elected to the local School Board and served as President in the late 1970s. For the past 25 years was the matriarch of her growing family. She was fortunate to travel across the globe, but her favorite place was Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
She is survived by her four children; Karen (Studer) McPherson of Columbus, Richard E. (Alison) Studer of Bellbrook, Kimberly Studer (Mike) Keyes of Cary, NC and Keith Bain (Shanna) Studer of Liberty Township; a sister, Barbara Mills of Altadena, California; eight grandchildren; Shannon (McPherson) Bulina; Shawn (Stacey) McPherson, Jessica Studer (Casey) Latchem, Kelsea Studer, Jeremy Keyes, Matthew Keyes, Amanda Studer, and Jake Studer; and four great grandchildren; Austin Bulina, Addison Bulina, Brooke McPherson and Kennedy Latchem.
In gratitude for their care and compassion, the family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Westerville Senior Living and Capital City Hospice.
