Billie was nice to everyone and you never had a dull moment with her. She was very loving and never liked to see anyone upset. Billie attended school at Northeast Training Center and worked at Arc East. She won 1st place metals for Special Olympics in swimming. She really enjoyed passing out candy on Halloween.
Billie will be greatly missed by her mother, Sandy (Bob) Schaeffer; sisters, LaDonna Carter, Shannon Landrum, Kelly Batey, and Kenny Schaeffer; niece, Chelse Landrum; nephews, Josh, Jacob (Julie), and Josiah Carter; great- nieces and nephew, Abigail and Niko Landrum, and Elizabeth Carter.
Private visitation will be held on Thursday May 7, 2020 at Schoedinger Linden, 2741 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, Ohio, 43224; where a private Celebration of Life will be held on Friday May 8.
